COINSU’s GROUP Quality Policy is based on and reflects the values ​​of the 429 families that founded us to always improve processes and products in their entirety, as we seek:

• Promote a Culture of Quality at all levels in the organization, with the purpose of offering our customers safe and flawless products.
• Comply with the regulations and requirements established for the manufacture and free trade of vitamins and phytonutrients both by the laws and regulations of our country, and our markets.
• Establish a Philosophy of Continuous Improvement that drives us to evaluate our quality management systems to guarantee safety, prevent incidents and eliminate defects, through a constant review of objectives and results.. 
• Develop the sense of individual responsibility of each of the collaborators for the quality and safety of the final product, through training, supervision and effective communication.

The fact that GROUP COINSU or any of its proud divisions (BIOSA, COINSU, GEOPALSA) is a promise that our product would never put the health of the consumer at risk, since it complies with all national and international quality standards and with all laws and regulations applicable to this type of products.

The General Management is aware that to maintain and develop this Quality Policy, it is necessary that all the founding families and employees of COINSU Group , and its proud divisions, accept and apply the guidelines, procedures and other instructions contained in the Manual of Quality Management.
