We develop a series of programs to strengthen our founding families
and reflect their values, based on the belief that accomplishing our mission
and vision makes a positive difference to implement a commercial model
characterized by agriculture sustainable development, responsible community
development and the correct way of doing business.

The following are two of our programs:

PROSPERITY FOR ALL

We provide investment plans for new plantings , patrimony of the families that founded us.
We support feasibility studies for the management of financing in private and state banks.
We facilitate the acquisition of fertilizers for plant nutrition through a retention system.
We guarantee a secure purchase market.

This access represents:

Welfare for the communities where our partner farms are located, because the support provided contributes to increasing the capacity of the families that founded us to generate employment and responsible community development.

“WISSH” Program

WISSH (for its acronym in English) is a training methodology for small producers on issues of non-
deforestation and non-discrimination, based on the guiding principles of Wilmar´s Environmental
Policy and Good Agricultural Practices of the oil palm. This training program is based on:

Knowledge transfer and the strengthening of the extension team of Non GMO palm oil extraction
plants.
Participatory methodology plus a component of entrepreneurship and leadership: Crop
supervisors are trained who in turn retransmit what they have learned.
Direct contribution to the sustainable transformation of crops and welfare programs in the
communities of our areas of influence.
