We are Biofuels and Health, S.A., BIOSA, a proud division of COINSU GROUP and its community
of 459 founding families.

We are dedicated to the production and marketing of renewable energy sources and sub-products
to use as raw material: vitamins, Phyto substances, biodiesel and high quality ingredients, derived
from our enriched non GMO palm oil with the objective of providing ethical health solutions and
nutrition due to its high potential to prevent degenerative and chronic diseases.

RBD oil

RBD palm oil (Refined, Blanched and Deodorized) is used as raw material in the edible oil and fat industry, animal concentrates, soaps and biodiesel. Its main advantages are:

Stability at high cooking temperatures. Palm oil keeps its characteristics even at high temperatures. It behaves better than other oils and fats at high temperatures.
High oxidative stability. stability over time. time. Increases the shelf life of the food product due to the palm oil stability.
Soft and creamy texture. Palm oil is a very suitable solution to increase the solidity and improve the
consistency of the product.
Zero trans fats

BIODIESEL

Biodiesel is a source of clean, renewable, quality energy, which also contributes to the conservation of the environment.

It is a mixture of methyl esters of fatty acids (FAME), obtained from renewable raw materials such as oils and vegetable or animal fats of any kind.

The production process consists of a reaction stage catalyzed by alkalis, followed by a set of purification stages.

Biodiesel is easily biodegradable and is not toxic. Additionally it improves the life of the engine thanks to its lubricity and is much safer for handling and transport because it has a higher ignition point.
