The crude palm oil COINSU is obtained from the milling of the palm kernel Elaeis guineensis. It is
semi- solid at room temperature and has a dark orange color. It is a Non GMO oil, from palms
originated from our certified seeds, not genetically modified.

COINSU palm kernel oil is a by-product of the almond or seed of the palm fruit that is kept in a semi-
solid state at room temperature. It has a high degree of saponification and excellent oxidative
stability.

The Raquis (vein or receptacle where the clusters settle) is another byproduct derived from the extraction of our Non GMO palm oil. It has an exclusive use for combustion in industrial boilers.

Palm kernel flour is also a byproduct of the processing of our Non GMO palm oil. The nutritional content of this ingredient obtained from the palm kernel is widely used for the diet of dairy ruminants such as cattle as well as birds and other farmyard animals.

To manufacture products and by-products without genetic alterations, we have our own vivariums where we grow only seedlings originated in our certified Non GMO seeds, which become nourished seedlings, ready for its cultivation in a period of eight to nine months.

The potassium contained in the bunches and rachis is incinerated to ash, achieving a completely organic byproduct that is returned to the plantations as a source of nitrogen and potassium, providing benefits to the environment since it reduces the use of chemical fertilizers and in turn provides nutrition to the crops.
