Human Rights Policy

The Human Rights Policy of COINSU GROUP recognizes and expresses its voluntary commitment to respect and promote human rights in all areas of business in strict adherence to the values of our 429 founding families, to international and national conventions, laws and standards that apply and in accordance with regulations, norms and internal entities.

Consistent with its Human Rights Policy COINSU GROUP states: That regulates its relations with the founding families, employees, suppliers, contractors, communities and other interested parties, under the mandate set forth in this voluntary compliance regulation.

The commitment to comply with this Policy includes:

Prohibition of forced or compulsory labor
Effective abolition of child labor
Elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation
Inclusive, safe and healthy work environments
Growth and recognition of employees' work
Growth of suppliers under the principles of due diligence
Growth of the communities under our area of influence
Prevention of Sexual Harassment
Protection of the reproductive rights of all, especially women.

it is the commitment of COINSU GROUP to establish and maintain a Human Rights and Ethics Committee, to support and ensure that the provisions of this Human Rights Policy are complied with.
